Giddy Aunts return and refund policy.

At Giddy Aunt we have a no quibble returns policy, so, if you want to return something you have up to 14 days to make your mind up about any order. As long as it is returned to us within 14 days of receipt of your order with all packaging in tact, and in exactly the same condition as when you received the item, we’ll exchange or refund it. No questions asked. Please note…This is not the case for Wedding dresses or Bridesmaids dresses as they have been tailor made to fit. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions on Brides and Bridesmaids pages.

If you don't like the items, or they don’t fit?

That’s fine, just send your item back to us and, depending on our stock, we’ll either exchange it or give you a full refund, depending on your preferences.

Do I have to pay for postage if I want to exchange an item?

Yes, you will have to pay for return postage yourself. But we will post your replacement garment in different size or style for free.

We are a very small company and while we want to offer you the best service possible, we are unable to absorb the cost of free returns, therefore, we hope you will appreciate that all our items are all made to order and we hold a very small amount of ready made stock.

Though we aim to process returns for exchange or refund as quickly as possible, during busy periods, as replacements will also need to be made to order, it can take up to 21 days when we’re very busy so please bear with us.
